Coming to the end of her “Eat Pray Love” European vacation in the summer of 2016, Meghan posted a picture to her Instagram, wearing this Reformation ‘Sierra’ dress, with the caption “The last hoorah! My month of wanderlust is coming to an end. Feeling so grateful for the entire experience and all the friends who have joined me along the way ✌️” She also wore the dress earlier in their travels, in a photo taken in Italy by her close friend Jessica Mulroney.
