Meghan paid a visit to Brinsworth House in Twickenham today, a residential nursing and care home run by the Royal Variety Charity for those who have worked professionally in the entertainment industry. It follows Meghan’s first Royal Variety Performance last month which inspired the visit. The Duchess met and spoke with the residents, which included former actors and directors, and joined in some festive Christmas arts and crafts and carols around the Christmas tree, before revealing a plaque commemorating her visit.
Meghan looked beautiful as always, wrapping up in a Soia & Kyo ‘Adelaida’ coat and showing off her adorable growing baby bump in a fitted Brock Collection ‘Odilia’ dress. She wore her Birks Pétale yellow gold and diamond stud earrings for the occasion and a new ring on her right hand, identified by the brilliant Anne on Twitter as being a Kismet by Milka Hamsa 14K gold and sapphire ring. Meghan’s clutch is the previously seen Wilbur & Gussie Charlie oyster silk clutch and her shoes are custom colour Aquazzura ‘Deneuve’ bow pumps.
