Meghan Markle‘s former Toronto home is officially on sale, The Globe and Mail reports today. The three-bedroom, two-bath, detached house is on the market for $1,395,000, with offers of several hundreds of thousands dollars above asking price expected.
Wine coloured 10 Yarmouth Road sits in Toronto’s upper-middle class area of Seaton Village and has been Markle’s home throughout her time living in the Canadian city while filming her hit TV show Suits.
According to the report, Meghan’s neighbours were unfazed by the attention their street received, but did get irritated by the paparazzi’s presence following news of her romance with Prince Harry.

According to the neighbourhood’s Facebook page, residents caught a glimpse of the couple dressed up for Halloween 2016, as they walked around in costume checking out the village’s decorations.
Speaking of the house, which Meghan never owned but rented, Alex Beauregard, who is a sales associate with Freeman Real Estate Brokerage, says “It’s special because it’s a detached with a detached garage in a family neighbourhood.”

It was private and had lovely amenities. Seaton Village is a haven of safety, family, inclusiveness and community.”[/blockquote]
The sellers are Kevin O’Neill and Elizabeth Cabral, who bought the house for $508,000 in 2007.
